Gusto, BambooHR, and most established HR and payroll platforms expose suitable APIs, and Slack is straightforward for notifications and approvals. Where a system has no API — still common with older or regional payroll providers — scheduled file import is usually workable. We confirm what your specific platforms expose before scoping.

Access typically follows the reporting hierarchy, so managers see their reports, senior leadership sees broader aggregates, and HR sees what their role requires.
